I would like to let you know the outstanding service I received from Assistant Service Managers Heather Codero and Jose Orozco on Friday 1-8-2010. I am from the Los Angeles area and I was traveling to Lake Tahoe for a belated Christmas celebration with my family. I was with my twin daugthers who are six years old. The other party of my family was traveling from Idaho to Utah.
During my trip, I noticed the engine felt like it was missing and was not running on all 8 cylinders. I was also experiencing poor gas mileage. About 250 miles into my 500-mile trip, my 20000 Ford F-150 stalled on Interstate 5. I was able to get the truck safely to the side of the highway and restart it. I was concerned because I have never had a problem with my F-150. I reluctantly headed back out on the highway.
Just south of Sacramento, my truck stalled again. I was again able to get it off the highway safely and restart it. I now was very concerned because I knew I had to get over Donner Pass and I surely did not want to breakdown on the highway with my twins in the truck. That is when I drove to the nearest exit and called Future Ford. It was about 2:00 p.m. I asked for a Service Advisor and Ms. Cordero answered the call. I explained my problem and she said it sounded like an emissions sensor. I explained my predicament and asked if they could complete it today. She said she could not promise me that but to bring it in and ask for Mr. Orozco because he would be working on Saturday just in case they would not be able to finish. Ms. Cordero was very courteous and provided me directions to your dealership.I arrived safely at about 2:30 p.m. and explained the problem to Mr. Orozco who said he was not sure they would be able to finish the job but he would try. At about 4:00 p.m. he came to the waiting room and told me that was an emission sensor and that he had one car in front of me for repair but that he would be able to fix it that day. Needless to say, I was very pleased. I was out and back on the road by 5:00 p.m. I arrived in Lake Tahoe at 7:30 p.m. and was united safely with my family. We wanted to tell you about our recent experience while not one, but 2 vehicles at your dealership.
I called to make an appointment with someone who could help us obtain a pre-approval to purchase the vehicle. We were referred to David Mercer.
We were a little apprehensive, as we had recently gone through bankruptcy. Mr. Mercer quickly put us at ease and made us feel comfortable. He obtained an approval for us and we met with him to view your inventory which fit in the paramerters of our approval.
Mr. Mercer was very professional and made my wife feel very comfortable with our decision to come to your dealership. Though we have purchased many vehicles in the past due to our circumstances we did not know what to expect. Again Mr Mercer made us very comfortable and was great to work with.
We left the dealership a couple hours later with one "new" vehicle. While we were there we mentioned that we would eventually need a second vehicle. Mr. Mercer obstained a second approval for us and the next weekend, we came in and found our second "new" car.
We now have two vehicles, a 2009 Fusion and a 2008 Edge. We are extremely pleased with both vehicles and especially so with the way Mr. Mercer treated us. You are lucky to have him as an employee and we look forward to dealing with him in the future.

We worked with Tony Coe on a slightly unusual request: a Transit Connect van that could run on compressed natural gas. He was fabulous in doing the necessary research and ordering the vehicle to specs. Though we had to wait, it was worth it! Tony always responded to our questions in a timely fashion and with solid information; he made this deal happen for us, when other dealerships insisted it couldn't be done. He's reliable and resourceful. We'd recommend him to anyone ready to purchase a new vehicle.

Jose Jimenez is the difenition of an EXCELLENT SALES REP. Recently we needed to replace one of our warehouse Trucks and had the pleasure to contact Future Fords Cal Nelson to help us with this process. Cal suggested and stepped us through purchase and build out of a 2011, Isuzu, NRR Delivery Truck. As a result of his work we were able to receive a new truck at a reasonable cost and built exactly to our specs. in a timely manner. Cal met our time frame and even helped to insure that the service events for this vehicle went smoothly. As a result of Cals excellent customer service we recently purchased two 2011 Transit Connects from Future Ford and again as with the Isuzu the trucks the Transits were delivered at a good price and in a timely manner. As we purchase new vehicles in the future mainly because of our interaction with Cal youll be first on our list. After we purchased our Isuzu Dawn Lacy worked and set up an account for us and arranged for service as a pick up and delivery that went very smoothly.

My best friend and I came in to Future Ford to test drive a Mustang and something else to satisfy the requirements for each of our $50 gift cards that we got at the recent Car Show. Obeth Carlos Davila introduced himself to us on the back lot near the parking area and asked what we wanted to drive. We both said a Mustang and I said that I would like to see a Focus. We specified to Carlos that both cars would need to be manual transmissions and we all began looking at and for the appropriate vehicles. No pressure, just some fun looking. We all got into a Focus first with me as the driver and took a loop around the freeway. Sedan drove great and I really liked it. When we got back to the dealership, we changed quickly to the Mustang with my friend Emmit driving. Also a good car. We appreciated the new V6 that sounded and performed as well as the old 5.0 used to. We got back again and I did some more looking at the Focus as I wanted to see what the iPhone interface looked like. When I filed on-line, I noticed that a Focus ST will be coming out with about 250 hp and torque. I LOVE THAT! I hold the Subaru STI as my favorite vehicle and now the Focus ST is very close! Carlos said he will contact me as soon as they are expected to be at the dealership. We both had a great time. Thank you Carlos!
