In case you've never heard of it, MyKey currently allows parents to put a cap on speed levels for teens. With the latest improvements, the system will have a "Do Not Disturb" feature which blocks phone calls coming in through a hands-free phone system and a "No Belts, No Tunes" program that won't let teen drivers listen to music until they buckle up. When upgraded, MyKey also offers volume control, a speed chime alert and the ability to block adult content-carrying satellite radio channels. Talk about a teenager's worst nightmare...But sometimes safety needs to take precedence over fun and in that respect, mother, father and Ford know best.
